Understanding of Private Label

Private label peanut butter is sold by retailers with their own branding and logo but the products themselves are manufactured by a third party.

Private labeling occurs when the manufacturer of an item uses the branding requested by the purchaser, or marketer, instead of its own. The end product appears as though it has been produced by the purchaser.

Private label Peanut Butter is manufactured by a third party, not the company that sells them, or necessarily even markets them. The advantage is that a single company does not have to go through the entire process of creating and selling a product. One firm can concentrate on producing the product; another on marketing it; and another can focus on selling it, each according to its expertise and preference. Packaging

Customization is our forte, and we provide expertise customized labels for all our products. Additionally, we have different packing like “200 GMS, 227 GMS (8 Oz), 340 GMS (12 Oz), 510 GMS (18 Oz), 1 kg (35 OZ), 2.5 KGS (88 Oz).

We do provide bulk packing in High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Carboy and provide drums as well.

Private Labeling Process

Application / Request for order

This is the 1st stage, where clients display their request regarding the private label. It all begins with an idea. You will be paired with one our product experts to discuss your vision. We will work with you to understand your needs and goals to make sure we can meet your expectations. Both small and large projects are welcome.

  • Our team after the request, provides all the necessary information on Products, Packaging , Time Taken and Minimum order.
  • We do have the facility of flexibility of loading more than one product variants in a container.
  • Additionally clients provides us with their specifications and important parameters regarding product type and package size.

Sample Approval

The second process is after receiving all the important information.

  • We will provide a sample for approval, to clients with different recipes, product specifications and package type and size.
  • However, further amendments to meet specific needs are also available.

Outer Designing

The third and very crucial step is designing of label.

Display of the product on the market is a particularly important matter. Thanks to carefully chosen colour scheme and ornamentation of the packaging, the chances of the product being noticed by the client can be significantly improved.

  • After the product is approved, clients will be requested to forward the label and outer case artwork in CDR or AI format file.
  • Moreover we provide some suggestions to the clients on developing the artwork if needed.

Manufacturing

After the outer design of the product is confirmed, the next step in the process is manufacturing.

  • During the process the product will be monitored by industry experts and will be scrutinized, in order to assure the quality of the product.

Traceability

Products ordered can be easily traced.

  • Our team will provide a tracking number, as soon as the product is dispatched.
  • From start till the end, everything will be updated.
  • From selection of raw material to product dispatch. We will provide product quality certificate for each batch through renowned organisation like SGS, Intertake.

Delivery

  • Our company offer quite some delivery options to the clients like FOB, CNF, Ex-works, CIF.
